Patient marketing that respects the rules it works under
Health advertising in Australia is regulated for good reason, and the constraints are workable once you know them. What is not workable is testimonials about clinical care, or claims that promise outcomes.
Compliance is a creative constraint, not a blocker
Australia's National Law restricts advertising of regulated health services in specific ways — testimonials about clinical care are not permitted, claims must be substantiated, and nothing may create an unreasonable expectation of benefit. Plenty of agencies either ignore this or use it as an excuse to do nothing interesting.
The workable approach is education and access: content that answers what patients actually search, clear information about what a first appointment involves, practitioner credentials presented properly, and booking made frictionless. That performs well and keeps the practice out of trouble. We are not your compliance adviser, so anything sensitive goes past your practice's own review before it runs.

From clients in healthcare and allied health
Sector-specific proof matters more than a generic five-star wall.

Questions we get asked
Can we use patient testimonials?
Not for clinical aspects of a regulated health service under the National Law. Service-experience reviews on third-party platforms are treated differently from testimonials you publish yourself — we build around that distinction and defer to your own compliance review.
Can you run ads for cosmetic procedures?
Yes, with careful claim handling and no before-and-after material that would breach the guidelines or platform policy. Some procedures have tighter rules again.
Do you work with multi-location practices?
Yes. Each location needs its own profile and page to rank properly, with a shared content and brand layer above it.
