Growth that survives contact with your margins
A blended ROAS number can look healthy while individual product lines lose money on every order. We build the channel mix around what you actually keep after cost of goods and shipping.
Three channels doing three different jobs
Paid social creates demand from people who did not know you existed. Search and Shopping capture demand that already exists. Email and SMS convert and re-convert the audience you already paid for. Judged as one system they make sense; ranked against each other in isolation they produce bad decisions — particularly since a sale credited to “Google” often started with an Instagram ad days earlier.
We sequence it in the order that pays fastest: fix the store's conversion basics, switch on lifecycle flows, clean the product feed, then scale acquisition against what the margin can carry.
What we do for stores
- Store conversion workSpeed, product pages, shipping clarity and checkout friction on mobile.
- Shopping and Performance MaxFeed optimisation, product-level segmentation and margin-aware bidding.
- Paid social acquisitionCreative testing at volume, since creative is the main variable that remains.
- Lifecycle email and SMSWelcome, abandonment, post-purchase and win-back flows before campaign sends.
- E-commerce SEOCollection architecture, product schema and buying-intent content.
- Reporting that reconcilesNumbers that match Shopify, segmented by product group and new versus returning.
Where the fastest wins usually are
Abandonment flows
Often the single highest-return automation in a store that has none.
Feed hygiene
Titles and attributes that decide which searches you appear for at all.
Returning customer revenue
Cheaper than acquisition, and consistently under-worked.
Results we report on in e-commerce and retail
These are the three numbers we hold ourselves to in this sector. Once we have a client in your category who is happy to be named, their figures go here.
Placeholder. Replace each [figure] with a real number from your own reporting for a named client who has approved it, add the client and period underneath, then delete this note.
From clients in e-commerce and retail
Sector-specific proof matters more than a generic five-star wall.

Questions we get asked
What ROAS should we aim for?
It depends entirely on your gross margin. A 2x ROAS is excellent at 70% margin and ruinous at 25%. We work backwards from contribution margin, not an industry benchmark.
Do you work with marketplaces?
We can support Amazon and eBay presence, but our focus is your own store where you own the customer relationship and the data.
Can you help with Australian shipping expectations?
Yes — shipping cost and delivery-time clarity is one of the biggest conversion levers for Australian stores, particularly outside metro areas.
