What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, location and what you need help with.
When you browse the site we may collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring source. This is aggregated and used to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or audit, and communicate with you about work we are doing or discussing. If you become a client, to deliver and report on that work.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not add enquiries to third-party lead lists or marketing databases.
Marketing communications
We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works, as required by the Spam Act 2003.
Third parties
We use standard service providers to run this business — including email, analytics, advertising platforms and hosting. Where these providers store data outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled appropriately.
Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta may set cookies to measure campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing alfaproads@agency.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first. You can also raise a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
