The audience you own, working while you sleep
Paid media rents attention. A list you own keeps producing revenue after the campaign ends — provided the emails are worth opening and the flows are actually switched on.
Automation earns first, campaigns earn second
Most businesses send an occasional newsletter and have no automation running at all — which is backwards. Welcome sequences, abandoned-cart and abandoned-browse flows, post-purchase follow-ups and win-back series do the majority of the revenue, and they run once you build them.
Once those are live, campaigns are for the things worth interrupting people about. Segmented by behaviour, written like a person rather than a template, and measured on revenue and replies instead of open rates alone.

Questions we get asked
Which platform should we use?
Klaviyo for e-commerce, HubSpot where sales pipeline matters, Mailchimp where simplicity and cost matter most. We will recommend based on your stack, not a partner commission.
How often should we email?
Enough to stay familiar, not enough to get muted — for most Australian SMEs that is two to four times a month, plus whatever the automation sends. Frequency matters less than whether the email is worth opening.
Are open rates still useful?
Only directionally, since Apple's privacy changes inflate them. We report clicks, replies, conversions and revenue per recipient instead.
